  1. Great use of technology integration here, Reggina! It’s almost hard for me to remember back to when creating a collaborative document was not even possible. I know my high school students don’t remember. I forget whether your school is 1:1, but the beauty of this project is that it can be assigned for homework even if you can’t secure a cart or lab. This, too, would have been an unreasonable expectation before Google Docs made it all so easy. (The group of four would actually have had to pick a place and meet rather than merely logging on and knocking this out in a half an hour or so).
    I also appreciate that you cover the piece about copyright and citation. This is a part of our library curriculum that maybe doesn’t reach every student in the school like it should. It’s an essential skill for high school students who will be producing a bunch of digital projects in the upcoming years.
